Products that have been personalized or custom printed cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a manufacturing error or product defect. A proof of your custom imprint design will be emailed for your review and approval prior to production of your order. Please note that product colors, features and attributes can vary slightly within inventory production lots and in fulfillment of your order.
All requests for exchanges or refund due to product defect or printing error must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product - - please contact us for a return authorization number. We may ask that you submit photographs of the error or defect for review prior to issuing the RA number. Any returned product must be in new unused condition and in its original packaging for an exchange for the same item, or refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

carefully on all proofs and order summary specifications. If you have questions or concerns about custom imprinting on any item, please call us at (800) 364-6144 or email us at email@example.com before placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately are submitted into production.
LP Marketing reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
